m in the Western Suburbs, on a permanent
basis. The purpose of the job is to train staff, motivate and lead the team as
well as to deal with escalated queries. The company is a leading business unit
with over 50,000 employees across the globe.
The successful Team Leader will be reporting to the Call Centre Manager
and will ideally have customer service experience working in a product related
call centre. The job will require the successful candidate to ensure all orders
which are received by phone, fax and e-mail are documented; liaise with
production regarding stock availability and ensure that shipping companies have
the required information; ensure consignment orders and invoices are processed
in a timely and accurate manner, monitor and distribute made to order and made
to contract stock; and produce weekly reports for management on a range of
KPIs.
A key responsibility in the role will include monitoring, supporting and
planning the development and training of staff with the support of HR in line
with company principles so a higher standard of performance on sales is
achieved.
