Senior Policy Officer working at a Grade 9/10 level. You will work as part of a
newly developed team responsible for the evaluation of a government Initiative.
You will have a strong background in policy and have excellent project
management capability. Excellent writing, analysis and problem solving skills
are essential along with the ability to pick up new areas of expertise quickly.
You will need to have a thorough understanding and proven working examples of
the design, implementation and methodology behind the successful evaluation of
a program. You will need to provide evidence based reports, develop a
cost/benefit model, identify cost efficiencies , identify gaps and provide
advice, identify quality of data available and what is required, and hold a
holistic view of what the best end result should look like.
To be successful you will be immediately available and have good communication
skills and stakeholder management experience across Government, consultants and
NGO’s.
