Role
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will
perform the following duties, however not limited to:

- Invoice processing
- Purchase order raising
- Reconciliations
- Preparation of payments
- Handling of internal and external queries
- Managing timing of payments
Skills and Experience
- 2 – 5 years experience in accounts
preferred, recent University Graduates with a Business Degree
will be considered. - High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to work autonomously on set
tasks - Must demonstrate a pro active and can do
attitude - Strong time management skills
- High level of skills in MS Office, Excel, Word
and Outlook - Knowledge of Great Plains software desirable,
not essential - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
both written and verbal to communicate within all levels of the
organisation
