These positions would suit Property Managers within
the CBD Fringe of Brisbane within West End, CBD, Kangaroo Point and surrounding
suburbs.

Roles will include all aspects of Residential
Property Management.

Tasks performed will include:
- Property Maintenance Coordination and
Management - Property Administration
- Liaising with Owners and tenants
- You will be responsible for managing a
portfolio of 140 properties - No Trust accounting, Routines or Leasing

Minimum of
2-3 years experience within a Property Manager role is sought for these
positions.

hold current Qld Driver’s licence, Current Real Estate certificate. Previous

Salary on offer $55,000-$60,000 per annum + Super +
