As the ideal candidate you must show:
- A passion for cooking and all things food
related - Good career growth and stability in your
previous positions - Evidence of working in ideally a busy
pub/bistro or similar a la carte environment - The ability to learn, develop and adapt in a
new kitchen/venue
To be eligible for these posts you must have:
- Qualifying level of English (IELTS of 5.0 or
above minimum) or proof of English as your first language - Diploma level Industry qualifications
- Stable resume/CV
- Written references from your past employers
