lives of 6,000 children and families each week. As a result of an internal move
to strengthen its position as a leading provider and thought leader, ECMS is
seeking a General Manager Service Development to lead its network of quality,
inclusive and family-centred early education and care services.

Working with the CEO as a member of the
Executive Leadership Team you will play a lead role in positioning ECMS for
further service development, building strong partnerships with communities,
governments and service partners and positioning ECMS as a trusted partner, and
a responsive provider of quality early education services.

safe, quality and affordable family centred services; - ECMS is leading and contributing to well
planned accessible services in the community - Your team of early learning professionals feel

of an ECMS service that is inclusive and responsive to need, have access
to information about service standards and opportunity to influence

The ideal candidate will be a values driven leader
with a track record in planning and managing multiple services to achieve
quality and financial service goals. You have the ability to develop lasting
service partner relationships, multi-task and a passion for impacting on
positive outcomes for children, families and communities.. You will have a
relevant tertiary qualification in a business, human services or education
sector and have an extensive understanding of the early childhood education
sector.
