St George Motor Boat Club Receptionist Job Vacancy in Australia

St George Motor Boat Club requires the services of
a Full Time Receptionist to join our administration team We seek a customer
focused individual who prides themselves in having excellent customer service
skills, demonstrated in their daily interactions with both our internal and
external customers. You will have experience in the hospitality industry and/or
customer service experience and be responsible for all aspects of reception,
and supporting the Administration team.
Duties include
·        
Front desk reception – meeting and greeting
customers;     
·        
Telephone support    
·        
Assist in maintaining office supplies
·        
Cash handling and receipt wri

ting

·        
Will include Day/ Night and Weekend shifts
The successful candidate will be someone who has
·        
Experience working in the hospitality (concierge) industry;
·        
Superior customer service and excellent communication skills;
·        
Highly organized, motivated, team player with great attention to detail;
·        
Strong PC skills i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint Experience;
·         A
flexible, proactive attitude;
·        
Ability to work flexible roster hours day/ nights during operating hours
·        
Current Responsible service of Alcohol Competency Card (RSA)
