Marketing Coordinator to support six agents with the marketing of properties

As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator your duties
will be:

- Organising Marketing materials
- Booking advertising
- Liaising with photographers and copywriters
- Organising material for listing presentations
- Provide support to the Operations Manager
- Preparing new listing letters
- Liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors etc
To be successful for this role you will need:
- A current Certificate Of Registration
- Experience in a similar role is essential!
- Excellent administration and communication
skills - Knowledge of campaign track, my desk top, RP
Data, APM, REST - Be highly organised and punctual
- Ability to multi task
