OnTalent Pty Ltd -Salesforce Business Support Job Vacancy in Australia

This exciting role is part of the team leading the
rollout of McGrath’s new sales platform across all aspects of the business. The
role requires active engagement of the business to provide end user support and
ensure the benefits of the platform are fully realised. The role reports to the
Sales Systems Support Leader.
Some key deliverables are:
  • Manage the daily completion of end user support
    enquiries/troubleshooting end user issues and providing timely resolutions
    or escalation.
  • Assess incoming requests for priority,
    acceleration and engagement
  • Supporting users as Salesforce is rolled out
    across the organisation
  • Supports the analysis of requests to identify
    systemic user competency/training, business process or system weaknesses
  • Manage setup/exit and transfer of users with
    the system and setup of new offices
Development Support
  • Supports the development of requirements for
    changes to the system and associated business processes
  • Working closely with the technology delivery
    function to
    • Reduce risk associated with the initiatives
    • Execute broad regression testing of the
      systems
    • Manage the business acceptance testing of the
      specific system changes / enhancements by business owners
    • Rollout systems changes/enhancements
Training:
  • Provides input to ensure training material is
    consistent with changes to system functionality.

  • Business or Business IT degree
  • Real estate experience desirable
