We are looking to hire an SAP Program Test
Manager. This role plays an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team
to ensure that goals and objectives of the SAP Program Test Manager
requests are accomplished within prescribed time frames. The incumbent must
consistently aim to deliver quality services and/or solutions that meet
business requirements and ensure that goals are accomplished in line with
business objectives. You must provide an expert level of SAP Program
Test Manager skills. This 6 month contract opportunity is based
in Brisbane and is an URGENT REQUIREMENT! Don’t delay and

Preferred Knowledge / Experience:

Extensive experience in the implementation of
quality testing methods and frameworks to ensure the integrity of testing
in a large, complex Program of work
Experience in the definition and preparation of
testing strategies and development of test plans within a large complex
Managed Services and SaaS Program
Experience in the management of all testing
activities within a large complex Managed Services and SaaS Program
Experience in the finalization of entry and exit
criteria for each test phases
Ability to provide strategic advice and
recommendations to executive level managers
Experience in the management of a team of testing
resources across Program and associated projects
Experience in the management of vendor, in-house
and (possibly) outsourced testing resources
Outstanding skills in negotiation, consultation
and communication (written
and verbal) with a diverse group of stakeholders.
Formal testing qualifications
Experience working in a PRINCE2 / MSP Program
environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop the Program Test Strategy and Test
Plan(s) within a requirement and risk based testing and assurance
framework.
Lead systems testing design and improvement
methodologies to ensure systems can be migrated from a development
environment through to implementation within quality assurance guidelines.
Liaise with project teams, Program staff and
vendor personnel as a specialist consultant, in order to correctly
interpret what is required of the testing process and provide leadership,
advice and communicate testing outcomes.
Ensure the implementation of quality testing
methods to align with best practice ICT testing frameworks which
encompasses strategies, policies, processes, templates, tools and
standards.
Manage various types of testing in line with the
Test Strategy, including the provision of test environment, test
cases/script review, technical support, and documentation reviews.
Manage and provide expert advice on risks and
issues pertaining to various testing cycles which can impact other project
deliverables
