Sullivan Joinery is a boutique joinery
specialising in the manufacture of exclusive, custom made and handcrafted
timber (predominantly western red cedar) doors and windows. All our work
is manufactured in our Caringbah factory and we supply and install (as
required) to most suburbs in the wider Sydney region.

Factory based duties will be broad and include timber
milling, assembly, finishing as well as painting, glazing, unpacking
deliveries, general tidying etc. Travel to and conducting installs and
deliveries may be required.

Wages and conditions are negotiable for the right
person. Permanent and/or flexible work options may also be

The successful candidate will possess the following
attributes:

- Trade certificate in Carpentry and Joinery and/or
Building (4th year apprentices with relevant work experience are also
encouraged to apply) - Experienced and efficient operator of woodworking
machinery and manufacture of timber doors and windows - Own tools
- Valid NSW Drivers licence (manual preferred)
- Ability to read off plans
- Self-motivated with an eye for detail
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Strong commitment and pride in your work
- Positive work ethic and ability to adhere to
deadlines - Good team player
- Punctual, reliable and diligent
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and
customer service skills - This is a physically active job involving manual
handling and applicants must be fit - Understanding of how to work in a safe manner and
adhere to current WH&S legislation and guidelines essential. Must have
White/Green card - Good checkable references from past employers
