western suburbs has been in existence for over 30 years. They have larger
clients than many CBD firms and extremely low staff turnover. Due to their
continued success they have a need for a strong junior manager. This is a
growth position, not a replacement.

The Role
Reporting directly to the partners, you mill
manage a group of business clients undertaking compliance work and helping them
maximise their profits. You will deal directly with these clients and also be
responsible for maximising the productivity and career development of an up and
coming team of accountants. There are also genuine progression opportunities in
this role for the right person.

The Individual
The partners are looking to speak with a degree
educated, CA/CPA qualified accountant with a minimum of 5 years Australian
public practice experience. You will be competent in taking sizable jobs from
start to finish and be able to demonstrate a successful track record of
reviewing work/managing a team. As significant client contact will be involved,
first class communication skills are paramount.
