Our Client, a Global Oil &
Gas Operator, have an immediate requirement for an experienced HES
Technical Assistant to jo
in their Perth based team.

The core responsibilities of this
role include:

• Input / enter all GFP incidents under Reporting Boundary
  / Operation Control in the incident management system, IMPACT
• Migrate all completed L2 / L3 incident investigation
  reports from Safeguard into the DMS in line with IIR requirements
• Report on monthly data entry and migration performance
• Generate incident and other status reports from the
  Incident Management System, Safeguard
• Prepare analytcal spread sheets, trend summaries and
  charts for performance reports and presentations
• Check and validate HEStore reports generated for GFP
• Identify and report on issues to be reconciled
• Prepare and issue the weekly incident query log
• Follow-up on outstanding issues, update and manage the
  incident register
• Generate monthly and ad-hoc GFP OSPREV reports form the
  OSPREV database
• Upload and publish incident GFP bulletins, Lessons
  Learned and Safety Flashes into the Portal
• Participate in monthly OET meetings and lead /
  facilitate at least one OET meetings

Requirements:

•  Working knowledge of incident management systems,
  i.e. IMPACT, Safeguard
• Understanding of the OEDRS and basis of incident
  classification and reporting
• Excellent working knowledge of excel, power point and
  other essential business tools (e.g. OSPREY database)
• Good written and verbal communication skills are
  essential
• Ability to multi-task and effectively work in a
  fast-paced and
  organizationally and culturally diverse environment without losing focus
  on behaviours and values
• Three years relevant work experience in the oil and gas
  industry or a major capital project
