About The Role:
You will be working as a contract Architect or Building Designer on a wide
variety of residential and commercial projects including: new homes, home
additions, extensions and renovations, patios, gazebos, warehouses, offices,
retail, commercial buildings and developments.
Typical Daily Duties:
• Meet clients, consult and measure up
• Hold design meeting
• Provide sketches and preliminary designs
• Handover your designs to our drafting managers
• Answer design related queries when required
• Be able to work from home with your own pc and software
• Training and support is provided
Experience Required:
We are currently looking for senior level Architects or Building Designers with
a MINIMUM OF 8 YEARS OF PRACTICAL LOCAL EXPERIENCE in a similar position within
the Building Design Industry. You MUST be experienced and competent in all
aspects of Architectural design, drafting, client liaison, R codes, BCA and
experience with either AutoCAD or ArchiCAD or Revit is essential. Experience in
3D modelling will be highly regarded but is not essential. You must have EXCELLENT
communication skills, sketch design skills and be very self sufficient and
reliable.
Exclusive License Opportunity:
We are offering two exclusive licenses (similar to a Franchise) per major
capital city. License holders will have access to all the best projects as
priority. License holders will average 30-40 hours per week of work from us at
$70 + per hour. Please apply for a Contractor License if you are interested.

Pay:
You will be employed under contract with Superdraft and you will be paid fixed
rates for completing projects on time. This means you will be rewarded for
working efficiently and reliably. Hourly rates average from $70-$100 per hour
depending on your efficiency.
YOU MUST MEET THE ABOVE CRITERIA. NO JUNIOR DRAFTEES PLEASE. ONLY LOCAL
AUSTRALIAN RESIDENTS WILL BE CONSIDERED – OVER SEAS APPLICATIONS WILL BE
