An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and highly motivated Business
Development Manager to join the team to help start up, sell and manage our new
premium Retirement Living development offering at Bella Vista.

With overall responsibility for pre-sales, sales and management of the
Retirement Living development this role will work closely with the Chief
Executive Officer, Marketing Manager and Chief Financial Officer. This role
requires you to build strong relationships with residents, promote an active
community environment, represent the brand in the broader community and manage
the day to day operations.

To be successful in this role, you will:
• Have at least 5 years’ experience in sales, real estate, marketing or
hospitality, preferably in the retirement living or aged care industry.
• Possess highly developed communication, interpersonal, sales, negotiation and
team/relationship building skills to achieve outcomes.
• Demonstrate a high level of sensitivity in dealings with key stakeholders.
• Have the ability to provide leadership to a diverse group of people.
• Demonstrate ability to work both independently and within a collaborative
team environment.
• Demonstrate high level of motivation and initiative.
• Have excellent computer and administrative skills.
• Have attention to detail.
