With a number of projects starting in the next 6 months we are actively
looking for a Foreman/Site Manager who is capable of
delivering a $5M to $10M apartment project located in North Bondi.
Ideally you will come from a trades background, have recent experience working
for a tier three builder, and have experience on working on project from $1m
to $10m in value. The initial project you are needed for is a
residential project located in North Bondi, you will be reporting to a your
Project Manager who will be based on site with you to assist.
You
will be able to run projects from the ground up to around $5M ensuring a safety
and productive site. You will have a good understanding of the full
project life cycle, setting up the site, ensuring all documentation and permits
are in place, running multiple trades while keeping the project on
program.
Reporting to a Project Manager you will have good communication, presentation
and management skills to be able to run a tight ship in a professional manner.
