They are now looking to take on board a Project Implementation Specialist, who
has solid experience in supporting the development, configuration

They are now looking to take on board a Project Implementation Specialist, who
has solid experience in supporting the development, configuration
, deployment
and training with regards to payroll software.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing
stakeholder expectations - Liaising
with program staff, customers and end users to provide flexible and
authoritative instruction and support on the setup, configuration and
maintenance of their payroll software. - Implementation
Planning Studies or requirements gathering and Solution Design - Implementation
and Application Configuration and Build - Solution
Testing - Providing
Training for program staff and end users - Core
data build and data loading, sometimes from 3rd party software
applications - Interface
configuration and deployment - Provide
support case triage and provide lvl1 trouble shooting
The ideal candidate will need to possess –
- Tertiary
qualifications in business/information technology and or project
management would be highly regarded - Previous
experience implementing payroll systems with a working knowledge of
payroll interface (Highly regarded) - Solid
experience delivering training to end users on Payroll software - Solid
Microsoft SQL, Microsoft IIS, Microsoft Office knowledge and experience - Rostering,
time and attendance skills gained in a consulting or client facing
environment - Must
have excellent Communication Skills (written & verbal – mandatory); - Team
Player who demonstrates initiative to issues at hand;
