Our client is one of the country’s largest facility services providers, with
revenues over AU$900 million and over 12,000 employees. They are now
seeking an experienced Top Tier Facilities Manager who has managed soft
services i.e. cleaning contractors, cafeteria’s and warehouse management for
large organisations to join their team.
The position will require you to:
• Manage scheduled contractors on site.
• Respond to ad-hoc maintenance, security or tenancy requirements
• Support tenancy relocation’s and ongoing fit-out works
• Manage sub-contractor cleaners, security and on-site support staff.
• Maintain site documentation in-line with compliance requirements.
To be considered for this role you must have previous experience in managing
commercial assets, have sound understanding of building services, excellent
customer services skills and a positive employment record. In return you will
