An up and coming
Sydney builder
is looking for a highly regarded Site Manager to work on a 9
storey mixed residential build in Waterloo. This company has been within
the Sydney market for the past 5 years, and have a string of successful
projects with a host of MBA awards behind them.

This project has gone through demolition stages and the civil contractor are on
site. The design plans consist of 40 units with one lift shaft ranking at a
total cost of $25 million. At the heart of this family run company is a team of
highly respected industry leaders who pride themselves on their ability to
deliver their projects on time, on budget and to the highest quality and safety
standards.

In order to be
suitable for the role you will demonstrate the following:

Min 5years experience as a Site Manager on commercial or high rise
aprtment projects $20m+
Previous experience delivering commercial construction projects in Sydney
Trade qualified carpenter and/or registered builder is preferable but not
essential
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Tenure and commitment to previous employees
Strong industry references
