cellent organisation and customer service
skills and a sound knowledge of makes and models of cars. The successful
applicant will be someone who has a strong work ethic and who will act as the
principal contact between customers & the business at an operational level.
You will also have strong mechanical skills, a good knowledge of automatic
transmissions and a thorough understanding of the Automotive Engineering trade.
Experience in a heavy mechanical environment would be a definite advantage.
What
the role entails:

- Improving
and maintaining a high level of productivity whilst maintaining an
exceptional standard of customer service and workmanship. - Being
the “go to” person for all aspects of customer contact including
but not limited to answering calls, troubleshooting problems and data
entry in a MYOB database. - Being
a team leader for the employees in the workshop and to lead by example
including taking a hands on approach with the daily workload.
To
be successful you must also have a full current Australian driver’s licence, be
able to communicate both clearly and professionally and enhance relationships
with our customers and suppliers through your day to day dealings with them,
have above average ability to maintain records of all work carried out, a
positive and enthusiastic outlook, good computer skills and great attention to
detail.
