secretary to provide high level support to a number of senior lawyers on a full
time basis.

this varied and busy part time role you will be responsible for:

- Drafting,
reviewing and preparing correspondence / documentation - Managing
all incoming correspondence - File
management - Managing
telephones, emails, electronic diaries and voicemail for team
members - Organising
meetings and travel - Manipulation
of complex documents - General
accounts and monthly billing
Skills & Experience
To
be successful in this role, you will have:

- Solid
legal secretarial experience at a senior lawyer level (Partner level
preferred) - The
ability to be flexible by working for various authors with different work
practices - Strong
attention to detail, proactive work style and first rate secretarial
skills
