PRINCIPAL
RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE (but not limi
ted to):
- Commitment
and Promotion of the organizational values of Ramsay Health Care and
participation in the cultural growth. - Responsible
for the delivery of a safe standard of nursing care in accordance with the
policies, standards and procedures of the nursing division and Code of
Practice of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia. - Participates
as a supportive team member in clinical and unit-based decision making. - Supports
quality and research activities within the department.
SELECTION
CRITERIA:
- Demonstrated
commitment to uphold and promote the Ramsay Way core values. - Current
registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of
Australia. - Demonstrated
the ability to work in a collaborative relationship within a
multi-disciplinary team. - Minimum
of 1 year’s recent Scrub/Scout experience required. - Demonstrates
knowledge and ability to apply Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
Code of Practice (as applicable) and other legislation related to
nursing/midwifery. - Demonstrates
good communication and interpersonal skills.
