As
a Project Manager you will be responsible for offering value add design
solutions and managing site teams to deliver projects on time and budget.

- Manage
the the project budget and program - Manage
the project team during project design, procurement, project set-up and
delivery stages - Resolve
client technical issues and monitor risks throughout the project - Lead
creation of the project specific vision, strategies and KPI’s for the
project - Health
and Safety on site - Establish
the team approach to the project and commitment to the incident and injury
free philosophy - Ensure
successful hand over and acceptance of project
Criteria:
- Relevant
tertiary qualifications in construction management ,
engineering, architecture or similar - At
least 4-5 years project management or project engineering experience
in commercial, retail, residential or similar industry sectors - Proven
experience working on design and construction projects - A
demonstrated track record in: - Project planning
- Schematic
and detailed design - Managing
technical expectations - Determining
project cost and pricing strategies - Managing
the conversion process including contract negotiations - Analysing
proposal risks and opportunities
