Business comprises 6 Schools delivering a broad range of programs in Business,
at Traineeship, Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor, Masters and PhD levels.

Reporting through to the Academic Services Manager and working as a member of
the Academic Administration leadership team, this position (one of three Senior
Coordinator roles) makes a key contribution to improving the student experience
across the full student life cycle, leading cultural and work practice changes
required to support strategic and operational objectives for the College of
Business. The Academic Administration team has shared leadership, management
and coordination responsibility for ensuring that all academic administration
operations and delivery are effective and streamlined across all programs,
modes and locations.

The ideal applicant will possess significant experience in coordinating and
delivering academic services across key functional areas including admissions,
credit assessment, assessments and enrolments. Your application showcases solid
people management skills and experience together with coordination of projects,
planning, communication, implementation, evaluation and reporting. The
successful candidate can exercise autonomous judgement, initiative and high
order analytical and problem solving skills to prioritise tasks and meet
deadlines in a changing and demanding environment. In addition the successful
applicant can demonstrate proven ability to research, analyse and interpret a
wide range of information, leading to relevant, strategic written analyses of
key issues and rational decision making. Personally you can take initiative to
integrate and improve diverse work practices and adapt old practices to new, as
well as timely documentation and dissemination.
