global reputation for academic and research excellence. It employs over 7500
permanent staff, supporting over 52,000 students.

The University Library’s modernisation agenda is focused on delivering high
quality, client-centred services, information resources and learning spaces to
support world-class research and research-informed teaching. As such, we are
seeking to appoint innovative, energetic and collaborative leaders like you, to
join our new organisational structure.

The Central Services division coordinates effective library operations,

library divisions including the management of contractors and external service
providers and investigates emerging service area requirements.

As Associate Director, Quality, Innovation and Planning you will be tasked with
developing frameworks to ensure that the library is completely client-centric

You continually strive for excellence in all that you do and your solid

vision and experience will help enhance the future direction of the Central
Services division within the University Library. We very much look forward to
