About the Role
Due to this growth, an exciting position has arisen for a talented and
experienced Civil Designer with specific experience within the Australian Land
Development sector for a role based in Perth.
Key responsibilities will
include;
• Engineering design and checking
• Overseeing drafting and engineering staff on project assignments
• Project Management of Land Development Projects
• Establishing customer contacts and maintaining good client relations
About You
Key requirements for this exciting and unique role are;
• Will have Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) – Civil
• 5+ year’s design experience in Land Development, ideally WA
• Project Management experience of contracts to AS4000 or equivalent
• Processing, reviewing and signing off quotes
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, including
conflict resolution
• Preparation of budgets for each financial year
• Client focused and hold customer satisfaction as a high regard
• A confident and positive manner, results orientated
• Good commercial acumen
