• You
  will need to be a driven and motivated individual currently working within
  the Real Estate industry; preferably with solid experience within Property
  Management
• You
  will need to be great in handling conflicts and providing win win
  solutions to conflict
• Great
  crisis management skill
• You
  will be working alongside the sales team to secure and convert leads from
  investors and potential landlords
• As
  you build the rental portfolio you will be responsible in nurturing
  the client relationships and growing the Property Management team
• You
  will also be responsible to train your associate in all aspect of property
  management
• You
  will be working in a beautiful new office with the latest systems and
  dynamic marketing campaigns so we need some one who are forward thinking
  and open to learning to better our ways of doing business
• You
  will need to be flexible with your working hours as some clients may only
  be available after hours
• You
  may be required to work on Saturdays

• You
  will be well and flawlessly presented with a minimum of 24 months
  experience either as a Property Manager or a BDM
• You
  will be using the latest marketing strategies and systems as well having
  an ongoing access to training provided by our training partner Real Estate
  Academy
• You
  will be a strong and confident negotiator with a drive to excel in your
  role
• You
  will be willing to roll up sleeves to build the property management team
  and portfolio from the ground up
• Strong
  knowledge of Blacktown City Council area and Greater Western Sydney Region
