who has approximately 12-18 months conveyancing administration experience to
join our team and learn from senior law clerks.
Ideally,
you will have worked within a law firm or conveyancing company and work at your
best when in a busy and challenging environment.

Duties
are varied and will include:

- Preparing
engagement (cost) agreements - General
typing and editing of correspondence and contracts - Printing
and collating contracts of sale - Conducting
searches and applying for rate and planning certificates using SAI Global - Drafting
initial letters to complete exchanges, both purchaser and vendor - Updating
spreadsheets utilising Excel - Preparing
residential contracts of sale - Arranging
settlements - Mail
merging - Accounts
duties such as receipting deposits and investing deposits, and organising
cheque requisitions - Following
up outstanding deposits and FIRB (Financial Investment Review Board)
approval - Preparing
bills (including collating and preparing cover letters)
To
be selected and successful for this role you must be well presented and spoken,

player and have an ‘eye for detail’.
