We are seeking a legal secretary to work in our Development team.
The role is a full-time permanent position and will provide
administrative support to multiple operators to ensure exceptional

client
service.

To be successful in this role you must exhibit the following

  • Able
    to remain calm under pressure during periods of high work volumes and
    strict time frames
  • Display
    a professional approach and maintain Firm and client confidentiality
  • Manage
    time efficiently and use initiative
  • Demonstrate
    an attention to detail, be proactive, and prioritises activities according
    to level of urgency
  • Able
    to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Competent
    in in using Microsoft Word and other relevant software programs
  • Able
    to produce accurate, high quality work
  • An
    interest in property development
As the legal secretary you will be responsible for:
  • File
    and matter maintenance including opening, closing and archiving files
  • Organising
    appointments, meetings and settlements;
  • Receiving
    and screening phone calls and emails;
  • Ensuring
    operator time is input promptly and bills are processed
  • Title
    and Company searches
  • Scanning
    and uploading documents onto the electronic client portal
  • High
    volume filing (electronic and paper)
  • Attending
    settlements
  • Banking
    and liaising with internal accounts team
  • Data
    entry
This position will be suited to a candidate with excellent
interpersonal skills, who is able to work effectively in a professional
environment. We are seeking someone enthusiastic and motivated who is committed
to providing high level support and service. Given the busy nature of the role
organisational skill and the ability to manage competing demands are essential.
