Foods is a privately held food manufacturer with over
50 plants across the world. Producing for welknown clients
domestically and abroad, OSI has a huge presence in the processed food
arena. Located in Blacktown, the Western Sydney site is home to
new and long standing product developments.
Reporting to the
Engineering Manager, the Electrical Planner is responsible for coordinating the
planning and implementation of operations related projects and providing high
level technical support to
the engineering, QA and Production functions.
You will be an
effective influencer and communicator with the ability to use your strong
leadership skills to complete work demands. You will also understand the
importance of using your initiative and drive to continually strive for best
practice outcomes and solutions.
In this role you
will:
Identify,
mitigate and proactively resolve project risks and manage project dependencies
Be
strategic in your approach to the achievement of key project outcomes
Effectively
build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and business partners
Collaborate
with external suppliers to effectively negotiate outcomes
Drive
maintenance activities on schedule, within budget and to performance
specification.
successful candidate will possess:
Ability
to engage with the customer to define and support requirements.
Demonstrated
experience working with project/cost scheduling tools and MEX, SAP systems.
Excellent
organisational skills and ability to multi-task and adapt to changing
priorities.
Track
record in developing preventative maintenance programs
Strong
commercial and financial acumen derived from experience within an FMCG, or
similar environment
Practical
experience influencing and building relationships with all stakeholders across
multidisciplinary teams
Electrical
trade qualifications
Formal
tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management or related discipline
will be highly regarded
