(Nominated Supervisor)

Samford
State School OSHC is seeking a Coordinator (Nominated Supervisor) to oversee,
manage and be responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the
OSHC.

Successful
applicants must have strong leadership skills, vision and attention to detail
and possess or be undertaking the following:

Diploma
in Children’s Services
Childcare
management experience (preferably as a Coordinator or Assistant
Coordinator)
Extensive
knowledge of the National Quality Standards and National Quality
Framework, My Time, Our Place Framework and current childcare legislation
Experience
in developing a quality program and maintaining the QIP
Experience
in developing rosters and attending to staff supervision, training and
development
Experience
in developing, implementing and managing budgets and reporting for similar
centres or services
Experience
in preparing or supervising the preparation of records relevant to the
operation of an OSHC facility or similar services to meet Association and
regulatory requirements
Current
working with children blue card
Certifications
in Senior First-aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis management
