client is seeking a switched on Accounts Payable Officer to report into the
Operations Team. Bring along your 3+ years of experience in AP. If you hold a
Certificate 4 in Finance/Accounting then this would be Highly desired but not
essential.

will be involved with assisting with and responding to day-to-day queries and
responsible for the reimbursements of all Driver expense claims in relation to
their Novated Lease.

Payable Duties:

- Contribution
to Profit / Business - Provide
support to the Operations Team as required - Complies
with the policies, systems and processes - Carry
out and assist in ad-hoc and special projects as required - Expense
Claims are to be assessed and processed in a timely and accurately manner
- Professionally
respond and take ownership of external and internal enquiries with regard
to all claim related matters - Client/Internal
Client/Business Partners: Provide superior service aligned with the
client’s needs and the organisation’s business - objectives
What you will have:
- High
level of accuracy, strong eye for detail - Excellent
numerical skills - MIN
3-4 years AP/And or AP/AR experience in a MEDIUM- LARGE SIZED COMPANY - RESULTS
