to join our team at Gowrie NSW in our offices located in Port Macquarie.

The
Role
We
are looking to appoint someone with strong administration and coordination
skills to support our Inclusion Support team. 
This
role will be responsible for the following:
  • Providing
    administration support to the Inclusion Support team – duties will include
    general office administration support to the team.
  • Managing
    a library of specialist children’s services equipment – duties will
    include coordinating the delivery and collection of equipment out on loan
    via couriers, and equipment maintenance, repairs and cleaning.

you
We
are seeking someone with:
  • Excellent
    coordination and administration skills
  • Advanced
    Computer skills – Microsoft Word, Outlook, Publisher
  • Excellent
    customer service skills and telephone manner
  • Ability
    to prioritise and to respond within timeframes and to deadlines
  • Good
    time management
  • Ability
    to work independently as well as within a team
  • Able
    to maintain confidentiality
  • Current
    Working With Children Check
  • Current
    drivers licence
