JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be tasked with driving
the Department Store sales division nationally, with over 100 counters,
employing several hundred enthusiastic and dedicated staff across ANZ. As the
latest recruit to this buzzing brand you will oversee management of Cluster
Mangers, devise KPIs, undertake marketing initiatives, assume responsibility
for budget setting, deliver exceptional customer service and improve the
overall brand ranking.

This exciting role will see you
undertake regular state travel and occasional international travel as you drive
and mould your sales force to success!

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• MUST HAVE 2+ year’s Department Store sales leadership
  experience at National or State level
• Great personal presentation
• Fantastic communication skills
• A track record of overachieving targets
• An interest in fashion and glamour
• Fashion / Fragrance / Cosmetics / Personal Care
  background highly desirable

SALARY PACKAGE

$120k-$140k base + Super +
car allowance + tools of trade & extras
