Miranda Conveyancing Services is located in
Chelsea Heights and has been established over 8 years. Our culture is led
by our Director, who is passionate about client service and dedicated to
ensuring our staff are happy and comfortable in their role, and therefore able
to service our clients well. We have long established relationships with
our agents, and our repeat business stems from our history with our

clients. Our office is understaffed and this role is being created to
either handle your own files and referral sources, or support two of our file
handlers with their work. Our office is busy, and this profession is
sometimes a stressful one as we support our clients in the purchase or sale of
their property and deal with each party to successfully and easily settle their
files.
Job tasks and
responsibilities

Opening files, perusals, correspondence to
clients agents and finance institutions, release of deposit documents,
following our systems and checklists, answering email and telephone queries as
well as assisting clients who attend the office. Assisting other team
members in providing support to each others roles when required.
Organising conditions on contracts and contractual obligations right through to
settlement and closing the file.

Skills and experience
This role requires current conveyancing
experience and a positive team attitude alongside outstanding customer service
skills.
