Job Title: Field Service & Terminal Repair Technician
Reporting to: Sales / Operations Manager
Primary Function:
Responsible for maintaining terminal equipment under Ludwin’s standards, manage the ongoing field service contract in partner countries as well as the liaison with Ludwin office’s in Tunisia and Italy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise the technical Support team in their daily activities.
Monitor technical support emergency call & e-mail.
Supervises and assigns daily field service and terminal repair task’s to local employees.
Inspects work for completeness as per company standards.
Determines material, equipment, and supplies to be used.
Supervises staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Must be available at all times 24X7 a week during operation hours.
Preparing the monthly schedule for monthly preventive maintenance.
Managing and receiving all maintenance emergency calls.
Maintains and repairs maintenance computer base equipment (Dell).
Establish and maintain solid working relationships with external vendors and outsourced company services.
Ability to test, calibrate, diagnose and repair hardware installed in retailers outlets.
Ability to deal with varied tasks at the same time.
Qualifications:
Must be a hands on person.
Ability to work long hours and highly motivated.
Excellent communication and presentation Skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Fluent in English & French.
