Fusion Capital seeks to employ highly motivated professionals in the positions below, for our Rwanda office.
INVESTMENT ANALYST
Core responsibilities
• Identify and source deals for the company to invest for both debt and private equity.
• Carry out due diligence assignments on potential portfolio companies covering all aspects including market,
financial, legal and management due diligence.
• Carry out research and feasibility studies on various subjects as may be directed.
• Conduct appraisals of potential portfolio companies through interviews and business visits in accordance with the policies
and standards set by the company.
• Generate deal flow by establishing and maintaining good relationships with corporate finance houses, accountants,
lawyers and other financial intermediaries.
• Enhance Fusion’s reputation in good practice and honest dealing by provision of high quality services to clients and service providers.
Core requirements
• Degree in Business, Economics or Commerce. Accounting qualifications or chartered financial analyst will be an added advantage.
• Customer centred with good knowledge of the Rwandan business environment.
• Strong marketing and investment analysis skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and report writing skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and reporting skills. Fluency in English, Kinyarwanda and or French
is an added advantage.
• Experience/exposure in a bank or other financial institution.
