JOB SUMMARY
JOB SUMMARY
The Program Manager is
responsible for the overall coordination of the program across Rwanda and
project offices. In collaboration with the Country Manager, s/he has a special
focus on maintaining a high program quality and a coherent monitoring and
reporting system, enhancing staff monitoring capacities, documenting program strategies,
processes, experiences and lessons learned; disseminating findings from
monitoring, evaluation exercises and various program experiences.
