ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES OF THE MARKRTING AN
RECOVERY OFFICER
The responsibilities are
but not limited to:
         Responsible for the
achievement of marketing/communications/public relations mission on field,
goals;
         Ensure effective management
within the marketing, communications and public relations function.
         Ensure to maintain and
develop positive relationships with all patients, parteners  of BAHO
Polyclinic;
         To organize and manage
specific marketing campaigns and promotional events from conception through to
completion;
          To undertake any
reasonable duties at the request of the Administrative Director and Finance
 or Executive Manager;
         Liaise with assurances
companies to maximize opportunities to recover unpaid invoices;
         Present the recovery plan
to the supervisor for approbation;
         Update weekly to the
Executive Manager all deliverables achieved and not achieved;
         Produce the report of creditor
and debitors, recovery report to the administrative Assistant;
         Produce the
situation   report of final invoice from partners;

Perform any other duties deemed reasonable and commensurate with the post.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum of a
    Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Nursing or related
    degree   with minimum 2 years of experiences in Marketing;
  • Have worked in the
    recovery  and medical field  would be an asset;
  • Age >= 35 years of
    age;
  • Must write, speak and
    communicate in French, English and Ikinyarwanda;
The successful candidate will also have excellent analytical,
interpersonal, organizational, demonstrated ability to perform and prioritize a
variety of tasks on short notice within designated deadline. S/he will be able
to manage multiple priorities at a time, and able to keep their departments
moving with minimal day-to-day supervision from his / her supervisor.
