were an ideal solution for off-grid electrification and could address the rural
electrification gap. Mobisol’s proprietary solar home system (SHS) is capable
of providing enough power for lighting, mobile charging, radios, televisions,
and even refrigerators, and can be sold for monthly installments as low as $10
per month. They are seeking to fill the following positions.
1. Position: Head of Logistics.

POSITION OBJECTIVE
The Head of Logistics is primarily responsible for managing the logistics and
inventory within Mobisol Rwanda as well as coordinating international
shipments.
General responsibilities include:
• Coordinate and monitor international shipments (i.e. containers, airfreights,
etc.) from China, the HQ or other Country Office (CO)
• Coordinate and communicate shipment delivery requirements with
country-specific customs and freight forwarders; incl. the preparation of
required documents, the organisation of clearance of Mobisol products.

POSITION OBJECTIVE
The main task is to manage the Customer Finance Department. The candidate will
report to the Managing Director of Mobisol Rwanda and will the main contact
person for the microfinance specialist at Mobisol headquarters in Berlin.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES
General responsibilities:
• Oversee and take responsibility for all day-to-day operations, including
credit assessment and approval, loan monitoring, management of overdue and
defaulted loans, etc.
• Ensure timely processing of incoming loan applications, on-going loan

Job Objective
The Administration and HR Officer provides overall support to the Head of Human
resources in all HR and Administration related functions.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB:
• Provide supervision to the receptionist, office assistants and the cleaners
and other support staff.
• Oversees HR policies and procedures for office, monitoring staff compliance
with same. Annually review/revise policies and procedure’s manual to ensure compliance.

Mobisol Market Hubs (MH) is local service centre focusing on sales and handing
over systems to the customers. Each MH consists of a MH Operator (running the place),
some Sales Agents (doing the sales) and some Technicians (installing and
maintaining the systems). The MHs and their teams are strategically located and
assigned to the Regional Hub. The MH teams are coordinated by the so-called MH
Monitoring team in the Regional Hub. The Market Hub (MH) Team Leader is

Job Objective;
The Accountant is responsible for the maintenance of accounts, records and
financial reporting.
The Accountant’s primary duty is to process financial documents for areas such
as the general accounting ledgers, payrolls, accounts payable, accounts
receivable, etc. and to assist with other accounting functions as assigned.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:
• Prepare accounting entries in the Mobisol’s accounting system e-conomics and
month-end reconciliations relating to the MTN MobileMoney accounts (i.e.
Collection, Disbursement, Bank, Petty Cash)
• Initiate MobileMoney payments
• Initiate payment of all incoming invoices
• Write and send outgoing invoices
• Reviews general ledger accounts for accuracy
