Currently we are looking for the Human Resources Officer (Compensation&
Benefits) (1) post.

HRO – Compensation & Benefits
Key Duties:

  • Prepares
    the compensation and benefits budget, including the regular monitoring,
    reporting and adjusting of the budget
  • Administering
    payroll and maintaining employee records.
  • Interpreting
    and advising on employment law especially on compensation & Benefits.
  • Coordinates
    Compensation & Benefits processes like the salary and bonus planning
    for both old and new staff.
  • Advises
    and develops different schemes of the variable remuneration (incentive
    schemes for the various staff categories when need arises as well as bonus
    schemes.
  • Closely
    cooperates and manages the relationship with the external compensation
    consulting company/projects, Source of fund.
  • Leads
    and manages compensation projects for the entire organization >
    Participates in the strategic projects and initiatives for RDB
  • Organize
    the transitional provisions of employee compensation, pay and benefits
    when Positions are transferred, terminated or new positions are funded
    through contribution agreements and other special funding related
    discipline.
  • Train
    HR team and line managers in the complex usage of different HR and
    Compensation policies.
  • Advices
    top managers in taking difficult decisions in the area of compensation,
    benefits and motivation of employees
  • Manages,
    leads and develops Compensation and Benefits analysis
 Key
Skills:
  • Strong
    and proven analytical skills especially in Labor Laws and Numbers.
  • Excellent
    MS Office skills such as MS Excel, Word, MS PowerPoint and IPPIS.
  • Excellent
    Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Strong
    Time Management and skills
  • Self-management
    skills
  • Ability
    to work under pressure and tough deadlines
  • Team
    player with integrity
  • Ability
    to accomplish projects on time
Qualifications
and Experience

. A University Degree in HR, Business Administration, Business Management,
Commerce, Economics or Equivalent.
.Three-five years of work experience in a busy industry serving over 300
employees Proper knowledge in IPPIS will be an added advantage
