2. JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for
managing marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities at
RwandaOnline; the marketing manager also takes steps to measure, enhance, and
enrich the position and image of the company in order to attract potential
customers and retain existing ones.

3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and coordinate
all marketing, advertising and promotional activities for the company;

Develop and implement
co-branding campaigns with stakeholders;

marketing plans and projects for new and existing products;

Monitor, review and

Oversee creation and
delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials;

Collaborate with the
sales and distribution network team to ensure brand messaging is consistent;

Engage customers
through various channels including social media in order to gather and analyze

Deepen relationships

4. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
A Bachelor’s degree
(A0) in marketing, finance, business or any other related field

Specialized in
Marketing and any other relevant field

Four (4) or more
years of experience in the field preferably in marketing technology products or
introducing new products to the market

5. PERFORMANCE STANDARDS
Drive Irembo adoption
and complete manual phase out of Government services to citizens within one
year of each service being online;
