The School of Health
Sciences of City University is offering Dean’s scholarships
for MSc Advanced Practice in Health and Social Care courses at City in
October 2017. Up to 5 Scholarships are awarded UK, EU and
international students.
Scholarships are
open for outstanding students who are currently studying on an undergraduate
Programme in the School of Health Sciences and who wish to progress onto a
Master’s Programme (September or January intake).

full-time and part-time students.

Eligibility:
To qualify
for the Dean’s Scholarship, you must:
- Be a
self-funded student and not in receipt of any other scholarships. - Be a
full or part-time student. - Be in
your first year of postgraduate study for the October or January intake on
any one of the routes of the MSc Advanced Practice in Health and Social
Care course or MSc Health Psychology/Psychology and Health. - Demonstrate
academic and clinical excellence and a commitment to advancing your
clinical and academic skills.
Nationality: UK, EU and international
students can apply for these Dean’s scholarships.
How to
Apply: You
need to apply by writing a statement (of up to 800 words in length)
explaining why you believe you should be awarded the scholarship, why you want
to do the course and how you will use it to shape your future career. Please
include a word count. You can upload the statement as a supplementary document
in your online application, or email it to Programme Administration team
at healthprofessionals-at-city.ac.uk if you have already applied.

Scholarship
Application Deadline: Applications
for the September intake must be received by Monday May 1, 2017.
Applications for the
January intake which could not be submitted for the earlier deadline must be
received by October 2, 2017.
