The University of Strathclyde is pleased to offer Faculty of Humanities
and Social Sciences International Undergraduate Scholarship Award for the year
2017. All new international students (excluding the USA and Canada) are
eligible to apply for this scholarship programme.
The aim of the
scholarship is to provide financial help to all new international students.

are available to pursue undergraduate programme.

Subject:
Scholarships are awarded in Physical activity for health, Politics,
History, Modern Languages, Speech and language therapy, Education, Law,
English, Psychology, Social work and social policy within the Faculty of
Humanities and Social Sciences.
Scholarship
Award:
The award is a £3,000 scholarship per year for the duration of their
degree. These awards are not renewable.

Scholarships: Up
to 7 scholarships will be awarded.

Eligibility: The following criteria must
be met in order for applicants to be eligible for the scholarship:
- International
fee-paying students only (excluding the USA and Canada). - Applicants
who are applying for a three/four-year undergraduate degree course in
the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. This also includes
two-year Graduate entry students on the LLB course.
Nationality:
All new
international students (excluding the USA and Canada) are eligible to apply for
this scholarship programme.

Requirements: Applicants must have their previous degree.
English Language
Requirements: Applicants must have the required level of English.
How to
Apply:
Students who have an offer for an undergraduate course in the Faculty of
Humanities and Social Sciences will be notified that they are eligible for the
award. Following the closing date, all applicants will be assessed and awards
made based on merit and the personal statement on their application form.
