The Global Alliance
for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) is driven by the vision of a world without
malnutrition. GAIN is a Swiss based international organization that delivers
improved nutrition to an estimated 700 million people in more than 30
countries, half of whom are women and children. GAIN fights malnutrition
through innovative and sustainable models that increase access to affordable
nutritious foods amon
g communities vulnerable to malnutrition.

The GAIN Marketplace
for Nutritious Foods (‘Marketplace’) is knowledge, networking and financing
platform for local enterprises to improve the market availability of nutritious
foods. The Marketplace facilitates partnerships and knowledge sharing across
the agriculture value chain and catalyzes innovations that support businesses
whose products and services have potential to improve the diets of Rwandans.

GAIN seeks a Project
Manager, based in Kigali, to manage and report on the implementation of this
project.

The ideal candidate
must possess strong understanding and experience in agribusiness and food
production in Rwanda. Experience in donor-funded project management and
implementation in addition to experience preparing donor report is essential.
The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills and
experience managing a team.
