The
Future In Our Minds Rwanda (FIOM Rwanda) is a non-profit making
non-governmental organization based in Kigali.  FIOM has been working with
vulnerable communities in the Eastern Province of Rwanda since 1998.  FIOM
is legally recognized by the Republic of Rwanda since 2001 and its legal entity
No 128/08.11 of 22nd August 2011 has been published in
the official gazette of the Republic of Rwanda No 40BIS of 03 Octo

ber
2011. It was officially registered in the Rwanda Governance Board (RGB) as a
national NGO and its’ revised statutes for compliance with the new law no
04/2012 of 17/02/2012 governing the organization and the functioning of
national non-governmental organizations has been published in the official
gazette of the republic of Rwanda no 50 of 16/12/2013.

FIOM
envisages the world in which vulnerable populations are able to prepare their
future with confidence so as to serve as the catalyst for development and
improved wellbeing of the target communities. In this line, the central purpose
is to contribute to the promotion of Rwandan community by assisting and
providing a voice for at-risk youth, women and other vulnerable populations to
ensure their social, economic and cultural well-being; and enhancing hope and
confidence to these groups for encouraging their active involvement in the
country’s development.

, The Future in Our Minds – FIOM Rwanda invites
qualified bidders, and qualified consultants to submit their applications/bids.
Provision
of consultancy services
  1. Elaborate
    module of training on leadership of cooperatives and carry out training
    sessions using this module for members of beekeeping cooperatives;
  2. Elaborate
    module of training on cooperative management and carry out training
    sessions using this module for members of beekeeping cooperatives;
  3. Elaborate
    module of training on beekeeping technical skills and carry out training
    sessions using this module for members of beekeeping cooperatives;
Interested
and qualified candidates/bidders are encouraged to submit their
applications/bids with quotations.  The application will have to include
the following:
  • Curriculum
    Vitae and academic certificates of individual to be assigned to carry out
    the proposed consultancy;
  • A
    proposed methodology to carry out the assignment ;
  • Proof
    of experience in performing similar consultancy work preferably in
    cooperative movement in Rwanda;
The
deadline for application is fixed on Monday the 18th December
2017 at 4:00 pm.
