TITLE: SUPPLY OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT
NUMBER: AS PER E-PROCUREMENT SYSTEM
Ruhango Provincial Hospital invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the Supply of Medical Equipments as indicated in detail in the statement of requirements.
Tender Documents in English may be obtained from e-procurement system (umucyo.gov.rw). All bidders must pay a non-refundable fee of Nine thousand five hundred Rwandan francs (9,500Rwf) to one account of Rwanda Revenue Authority opened in any commercial bank.
Enquiries regarding this tender may be written using e-procurement system 15 days before the fixed deadline for submission of bids.
All bids must be submitted not later than 3rd June, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. local time using e-procurement system. Late bids will be rejected by the system. Bids will be opened the same day, 3rd June, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. local time, by the system.
The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the date of opening. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security of Four hundred six thousand Rwandan Francs (406 000Rwf).
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law N°62/2018 of 25/08/2018 governing Public Procurement.
