a.   Operand: An
operand is the part of a computer instruction that specifies data that is to be
operating on or manipulated and, by extension, the data itself. Basically, a
computer instruction describes an operation (add, subtract, and so forth) and
the operand or operands on which the operation is to be performed.

b.   Registers: A register is a very small amount of very fast memory that is built into the CPU (central processing unit) of a
computer in order to speed up its operations by providing quick access to
commonly used values.
c.
Mnemonic Code: A mnemonic code is programming
code that is easy
to remember because the codes resemble
the original words,
such as MPY for
multiply and ACC
for accumulator.
d.
Opcode: An opcode
(abbreviated from operation code)
is the portion of a machine language instruction that specifies the operation
to be performed. Beside the opcode itself, instructions usually specify the
data they will process, in form of operands.
e.
Address Locator: The address locator is the main tool for geocoding.
It is a dataset that contains information including address attributes,
indexes, and queries for geocoding.
