that act on his life.

Impact Assessment; [EIA] the first law on it was made by United State of
America [USA] in 1969 with the enactment of the National Environmental
Protection Agencies [NEPA]

Chadwick, a lawyer, 1842 made in comprehensive report on the relationship
between filth and diseases.

report led to the enactment of the public health act of 1842 by the British
parliament.
