supply infrastructure improvements in the cities of Robertsport, Sanniquellie, and Voinjama. The improved water systems are expected to provide substantial public health and economic development benefits in the three target cities.
Responsibilities:
Work with engineers and administrative staff to prepare detailed requests for proposal packages for engineering and construction works; manage tendering and award process; oversee contract implementation and contractor payment authorizations; provide training to government counterparts in procurement and subcontracting. Other tasks as assigned.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an equivalent position leading procurement and subcontracting for engineering services and construction works per Liberian and international procurement rules.
Education:
University or Technical Degree in engineering, business, or related field.
